- Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way, or available for Factory 'pick up'!
- During special promotions, peak periods or public holidays, this might be extended. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
- All orders will be processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holiday
- Your new hat will be shipped directly from our factory in Burleigh Heads, QLD.
Please reach out ASAP if you want to update your order! Once your order has shipped we are unable to change the address or intercept the order.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8am-2:00pm.

AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND
Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Australia Post or Aramex courier services. Transit times from 2-7 business days for orders in Australia and New Zealand.
- Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (no signature required)
- If the mail carrier can locate a safe place to leave your order, orders will be safely delivered.
- If no safe drop location is found, our couriers will leave a card in your mailbox to organise redelivery, or collection from the LPO.

Free shipping on all orders over $50. International orders can expect 6-14+ business days depending on your Order Type, region, and your local postal service delays.
- All international orders are sent using Australia Post.
- Once your order arrives into the destination country, Australia Post will hand it to your local postal service for delivery.
- The most up to date tracking information will then be found with your local postal service, using your original tracking number.

- International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid, therefore you may be required to pay duties/taxes prior to your order being delivered

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@aussiechiller.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
