RETURN POLICY

Aussie Chiller will refund or exchange any item you are not satisfied with in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Refund and Returns Policy as follows:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Aussie Chiller is not obliged to accept any returned item with obvious signs of wear or damage.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds or Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Order, refunds or exchanges may only be approved if returned within 30 days of initial purchase. We do not charge a restocking or processing fee. The return or exchange of any item purchased from an authorised retail outlet is only possible at the store of its original purchase.

To expedite approval of your Return, please ensure all above conditions are met. We are unable to offer refunds wherever policy conditions are breached.

All approved Returns will be refunded via the original payment method used for purchase.

Refunds will typically be processed within two to five working days after receiving the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All international customers are responsible for their own shipping costs of Returns.

All online purchases from http://www.aussiechiller.com should be returned to our Head Office at the following address: Aussie Chiller, 1/90 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD, 4220, AUSTRALIA

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable under all circumstances.

When returning an item, please ensure that it is packed safely and securely using its original packaging if possible (or equivalent quality).

Aussie Chiller cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during third-party shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect item

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Aussie Chiller will gladly exchange the item.

NB: We strongly advise that you notify us immediately if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. The 30-day return policy criteria still applies.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
