No more chasing your hat in the wind or adjusting it every few minutes. Our Drawstring & Toggle makes sure you customize your fit so that it stays put no matter the weather or activity.

Think boating, hiking, paddle boarding, or wherever there may have heavy gusts of wind.

The Drawstring & Toggle are a customized option - meaning there is an additional production step where we punch small eyelet holes in the brim either side of the crown. The Drawstring & Toggle are removable but the small holes are not. If not selected this feature is not included with our standard hats.

Colour Options: We try match the lace to the same colour as the hat, or plaited band where possible.

    Ever loose a hat in high winds, etc. then the draw string is an easy fix to prevent any eventuality. It also also storage of hat if lowered onto your back.

    Great Aussie Hat

    I hate wearing hats, but the Aussie Chiller has almost made a convert out of me. It is very comfortable and looks good. Very happy with the quality and style and love that it is Australian.

All Aussie Chiller products are made to be wet. Don’t fret, wetting your new hat won’t cause water marks, mold, or that dreaded sour smell.
